While the COVID-19 pandemic has caused much uncertainty and many changes in our lives, our economy has yet to come to a complete halt. As of today (3/18/20) our Realtors are continuing to serve their clients real estate needs and it is our intention to continue serving our clients as we continue to navigate through this.
The health and safety of everyone has always been and will continue to be our top priority. We want you to know that we are here to help you and are fully equipped to provide a safe real estate experience for buyers and sellers during this concerning time.
To ensure safe office environments in each of our locations, we have increased our sanitizing efforts to keep our environment as clean as possible. We are requiring any team member who shows any sign of illness or has possibly been in an environment where they could have been exposed to COVID-19 to self-quarantine.
Although our Realtors will continue to conduct showings, we ask that everyone follows the appropriate steps as prescribed by the CDC including social distancing from each other, avoiding shaking hands, and regular sanitizing of the home. During a showing, please allow your Realtor to open doors and turn on light switches for you.
Our Realtors will also be leveraging virtual tours, video conferencing, and other online means of communication to help significantly reduce risk and the need for being in person.
