Lee acknowledge a request from his company to interview as a selling agent and was accepted as our representative. We were with another company for over 60 days and interviewed another agent from a different company in our selection process.
Lee does not assume, he asked for our thoughts, guided us through the steps in the process we were starting to initiate, and most important demonstrated that he care about our thoughts and issues by listening and clarifying and restating what we said. We felt comfortable with his integrity and genuine display of honesty. Lee is a no nonsense agent that is respectful of his clients. He accomplished the main task of narrowing the price the house should be sold by running comparisons of other homes that were similar to our home that had recently sold or were active in the market. In doing this he required approval from us and made sure we were comfortable with the upcoming process of showing our home. More importantly, he was comfortable in knowing that he could sell our home in 5 percent or less of the asking price. It should be noted that we paid for an appraisal before accepting Lee and additionally called in repairmen to insure safety and broken items were repaired or replaced. The home inspection was the main task to clear after we obtained an offer to buy.
Our home was on the market for less than 10 to 12 days after finalizing the paperwork with Coldwell Banker Advantage. We sold our home for $4,000.00 dollars ( or 1.85% ) less than the asking price. We were appreciative of Lee’s commitment to insure an asking price that was based on our home value.
Lee is a professional who knows his job requirements and openly states he is perfecting his job skills. If he does not know the answer he tells you he will investigate an inquire to obtain the correct answer. He is a matter of fact, discipline realtor that gives outstanding service in a timely manner. Lee acted with a sense of urgency to all our request.
We first met Lee when we inquired about a Zillow listing in Lewisville, NC over four years ago. We were toying with the idea of moving from Washington state to NC and were not seriously pursuing home purchasing at that time. He was adamant that we would not be wasting his time if we looked at a few homes with him anyway.
Over the next four years, every time we came to visit our daughter in NC (about five times), Lee was more than happy to show us a few homes. He was very good about keeping in touch and sending listings our way. He had an excellent sense of what we were looking for.
After all this time, we finally made the decision to move to NC, but COVID 19 hit and we were not able to make the "real" house hunting trip in person. With the help of our daughter, Lee took us on video tours of a few houses and in a couple of weeks we made an offer on our new home (without ever setting foot in it!). The process was seamless and we had tremendous faith in Lee (and our daughter) to honestly point out any issues that we would have seen, had we been physically in the homes.
The first time we did set foot in our new home, it was EXACTLY as we expected. We will use Lee again and recommend him to anyone we meet for their real estate buying/selling needs!

We had a contract in less than a day with multiple offers and our phones were blowing up with showing requests that we had to turn down. The kicker? One of the agents we chose not to go with was satisfied with a selling price that was $30,000 less than what we sold for.
